Brad joined our ministry team in August of 2015 and became our Lead Pastor in 2021. As Lead Pastor, Brad serves on our Board of Elders, oversees our ministry staff, and leads our preaching, adult discipleship, and community action ministries. Brad also provides pastoral care and support for our congregation. He and his wife, Nancy, and their four children have been attending Valley since 2013.
